Delivery
Products ordered from our shop are shipped and delivered on weekdays only.

The provided delivery address is the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery is considered complete once the recipient signs the delivery confirmation at the agreed address.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging and products for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery, and return the order immediately using the return mechanism available at lesballons.com.
If the Customer does not return the order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, the order will be considered accepted.
