These Terms & Conditions form a contract between you and Les Ballons (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “Les Ballons”, “lesballons.com”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), the provider of the Les Ballons website and the services accessible from the Les Ballons website (collectively referred to in these Terms & Conditions as the “Les Ballons Service”).
As a first step, the User/Buyer must register as a Customer on the lesballons.com website by completing the electronic form and following the step-by-step instructions. Once registered, the User will be able to purchase products.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that all required information is provided accurately and completely. Only with correct and complete data can Les Ballons guarantee the acceptance of the order and its successful delivery.
By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the service. In these Terms & Conditions, “you” refers both to you as an individual or to the entity you represent.
If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without prior notice.
Product Details
We provide product information and characteristics through detailed technical descriptions on our shop. While we strive to make the images and photographs of the products as accurate as possible, they are for illustrative purposes only. Therefore, slight variations in color, shape, or appearance may occur.
We strongly recommend that customers carefully review the product descriptions and specifications to ensure they meet their expectations before making a purchase.
Sizes and Care Instructions
Additionally, the “Specs & Care Instructions” tab provides detailed care guidelines for using and laundering the product. Each item also comes with a care label attached.

Pricing
The retail prices displayed in our online store are shown in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable legal rate. You can automatically convert the prices to your local currency by selecting the appropriate option, with conversions based on the current exchange rate between the Euro and your local currency. We reserve the right to update exchange rates regularly at our discretion.
You will be informed of any additional charges before confirming your order and completing the purchase process. While we reserve the right to change prices at any time, we commit to applying the rates and prices that were displayed at the time of your order.
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union or to destinations with customs and tax policies different from those in the EU, you may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, and fees (Import Fees) upon arrival in your country. The recipient may need to pay these fees, as well as any additional charges for customs clearance.
Customs policies vary widely between countries, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please note that customs procedures may cause delays in delivery times beyond our estimated shipping dates.
Payment
If you purchase any of our one-time payment products, you agree to pay all fees or charges associated with your account for the Service in accordance with the applicable fees, charges, and billing terms at the time of payment. Your agreement with your Payment Provider governs the use of your credit card account, and you must refer to that agreement to determine your rights and obligations concerning your Payment Provider, not these Terms.
By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to verify the details immediately and to invoice your account for all fees and charges due. No additional notice or consent is required for this authorization. You agree to update account or notify us promptly of any changes to your billing address or the credit card used for payments.
We reserve the right to change prices and billing methods at any time, either through updates posted on our website or via email. Any legal fees, court costs, or other expenses incurred in collecting delinquent undisputed amounts will be your responsibility.
A contract between you and us for the Service will not exist until we confirm your order through a confirmation email or other appropriate communication. You are also responsible for any third-party fees incurred while using the Service.
The sale underlying each order placed by the Customer is made subject to ownership, so the products are the property of Les Ballons until effective and full payment of the amount due.

Cancellation
After completing a purchase, the Customer should verify that they receive an automatic email confirming the transaction for future reference. Orders will only be processed once the payment has been confirmed. If payment is not received or if these Terms & Conditions are not met or confirmed, Les Ballons reserves the right to reject or cancel the order, even if an automatic confirmation email was sent.
Les Ballons retains the right to decline or cancel an order at any stage, regardless of the reason, and will not be held liable for any resulting damages or costs, in the following situations:
- Payment cannot be successfully collected or confirmed.
- Unexpected circumstances or events arise that significantly impact production.
- The ordered items are no longer available.
- Errors in the customer’s information prevent the proper delivery of the order.
- The order is flagged by our system for being incorrect, irregular, or suspected of fraud.
Please note that no reservations will be held, and failure to complete payment within 72 hours will result in the cancellation of the order.
Delivery
Products ordered from our shop are shipped and delivered on weekdays only.
During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide billing and delivery addresses. To ensure successful delivery, it is essential that these details are accurate. The provided delivery address is the sole responsibility of the customer. Delivery is considered complete once the recipient signs the delivery confirmation at the agreed address.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging and products for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery, and return the order immediately using the return mechanism available at lesballons.com.
If the Customer does not return the order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, the order will be considered accepted.
Delivery Times
The estimated shipping time for orders may vary depending on the carrier and the destination of the shipment.
When calculating delivery times, weekends and public holidays are excluded. Any delays in shipment beyond the estimated delivery dates provided do not entitle the customer to compensation.
Once dispatched by Les Ballons, the order should be delivered by the carrier within the following estimated timeframes:
- Portugal/Spain (Mainland): 1 to 2 business days
- Portugal/Spain (Islands): 2 to 5 business days
- European Union: Up to 5 business days
- Rest of the World: 7 to 15 business days
The order will be shipped to the recipient and address provided, along with a tracking number. The accuracy of the delivery address is the customer’s sole responsibility.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product or service. This right applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card or payment account in the amount of the charge.
