What if the item I want is sold out?

When a product is sold out, you can request to be notified when it becomes available again by using the button on the product detail page. By joining the waitlist, you’ll receive an update as soon as the item is back in stock.

We consistently monitor fabrics availability to restock as quickly as possible.

 

How Can I Use a Promo Code?

You can enter a valid discount code on the cart or checkout page. After adding your products to the cart, review the details, and you’ll find an option to apply the promo or coupon code there.

 

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept credit cards, MasterCard, PayPal, MB Way, and other payment methods specific to your location.

Will I Be Charged Duties and Taxes?

The retail prices displayed in our online store are shown in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable legal rate. You can automatically convert the prices to your local currency by selecting the appropriate option, with conversions based on the current exchange rate between the Euro and your local currency. We reserve the right to update exchange rates regularly at our discretion.

You will be informed of any additional charges before confirming your order and completing the purchase process. While we reserve the right to change prices at any time, we commit to applying the rates and prices that were displayed at the time of your order.
